BINDER X COMMUNITY REWARDS.

Binder X Community Rewards promotions may take place through designated Binder X social posts, primarily on TikTok and Instagram. Each designated post may identify the applicable promotion period, reward, eligibility steps, and other promotion-specific details.

Following Binder X or engaging with a post does not automatically earn or guarantee a reward.

The requirements for a specific Community Rewards promotion will be stated in the designated promotional post. Requirements may include following Binder X on TikTok and Instagram, liking the designated post, and leaving an eligible comment. Sharing may be encouraged but is not a required step under these website terms.

A selected recipient must satisfy the requirements stated for the applicable promotion before a reward can be granted.

Selection is not random. Binder X may select recipients using the judging factors announced or defined for the promotion, which may include:

• +Quality and relevance of comments.
• +Thoughtfulness and originality.
• +Meaningful engagement with the designated post or Binder X community.
• +Positive contribution to the Binder X community.

Meeting the eligibility requirements does not guarantee selection.

Binder X may disregard or disqualify participation involving spam, automated engagement, copied or repetitive comments, fraudulent activity, multiple-account manipulation, abusive behavior, or attempts to improperly manipulate engagement or the selection process.

In-app rewards may include Binder X digital artwork, cosmetics, badges, binder or deckbox artwork, dice, or other digital entitlements. The designated post may identify the specific reward available for that promotion.

Some exclusive digital rewards may not have an established cash or retail value. Binder X will never require a selected recipient to pay a fee to receive an in-app Community Reward.

Binder X may contact a selected recipient privately to verify that the eligibility requirements were satisfied and to identify the Binder X account that should receive the reward.

Never post passwords, payment information, banking information, or other sensitive credentials publicly. Binder X does not need a user's password to grant an in-app reward.

Information supplied for recipient verification will be used for verification, communication, and reward fulfillment. Binder X will handle that information in accordance with the Binder X Privacy Policy.

Community Rewards promotions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta, or TikTok, as applicable.

These Community Rewards terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Binder X may update these terms or the details of future Community Rewards promotions as the program develops. The terms and details identified for a designated post apply to that promotion.
